What the role involves

• Support the delivery of outstanding healthcare services across the South West of England.
• Delivering compassionate personal care to patients/service users.
• Assisting with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding, etc.).
• Report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff.
• Supporting nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient-centred care.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.

Skills and requirements

• Working alongside nurses and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help ensure a safe, caring, and positive experience for every individual under your care.
• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK (preferred).
• Care Certificate or willingness to complete relevant training.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Confirmed role details

• Pay: £13.68-£17.18 per hour plus time and a half on Bank Holidays.
• With growing demand across various healthcare settings, we are looking to fill full-time and part-time day and night shifts.
• Flexible working options: Days/Nights, Weekdays/Weekends, Full- or Part-time.
• Revalidation support for clinical progression.
