Healthcare Assistant
Support Worker focuses on support the delivery of outstanding healthcare services across the south west of england.
What the role involves
- Support the delivery of outstanding healthcare services across the South West of England.
- Delivering compassionate personal care to patients/service users.
- Assisting with daily living activities (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding, etc.).
- Report changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff.
- Supporting nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient-centred care.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive care environment.
Skills and requirements
- Working alongside nurses and multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help ensure a safe, caring, and positive experience for every individual under your care.
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker in the UK (preferred).
- Care Certificate or willingness to complete relevant training.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Confirmed role details
- Pay: £13.68-£17.18 per hour plus time and a half on Bank Holidays.
- With growing demand across various healthcare settings, we are looking to fill full-time and part-time day and night shifts.
- Flexible working options: Days/Nights, Weekdays/Weekends, Full- or Part-time.
- Revalidation support for clinical progression.
