Care and support involved

We have an amazing opportunity for Support Workers/Healthcare Assistants to join our caring. Support team at our Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre, our specialist centre in Kent, we look after adults with a brain injury or other neurologica. Supporting people with care, daily routines, clinical tasks, or wellbeing according to the role remit.

Job details

• Build relationships with patients, which are open and two way.
• Support patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme.
• Establish methods of communication with patients, reducing barriers when necessary.
• Assist patients with mealtimes where necessary.
