• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Supporting healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Record patients' vital signs.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Assisting with the administration of medication under supervision.

Skills and requirements

• Successful applicants, will have minimum 1-year experience preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to follow care plans effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience in providing care in a home care setting.

• This 66bedroom facility has close relationships with visiting healthcare professionals depending on our residents’ needs, including speech and language therapists, GPs and dieticia.
• Permanent contract.
• 28 days annual leave (inclusive of statuary bank holidays).
• Diploma Offered from day 1 of your start date.
