Healthcare Assistant focuses on assisting with the preparation of clinics and treatment areas.

What the role involves

• Assisting with the preparation of clinics and treatment areas.
• Support women attending appointments.
• Record patient data accurately.
• Assisting with stock control and general housekeeping duties.
• Provide compassionate, non-judgemental care in a sensitive clinical area.

Skills and requirements

• Currently practicing or has practised within a gynaecology outpatient setting as a HCA, for a minimum of 6 months, over the last 12-month period.
• Proven experience working in the NHS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
