What the role involves

• Provide nursing care as delegated by the Senior Nurse and implement evidence-based nursing care within the care setting i.e.
• We will provide you with a level of training.
• Enabling and supporting personal care.
• Monitoring observations and wellbeing.
• Joint visits with qualified professionals to support with delivery of care as per individual care plans.
• Providing and delivering holistic care and escalating any concerns to senior leads.

Skills and requirements

• This is the perfect opportunity for a second- or third-year student studying towards their nursing degree or someone who has previous care experience looking for flexible working b.
• Travel across all areas covered by our North Kent services, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
• Also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to work independently with technology.
