What the role involves
- Minster Ward is an 18 bedded male acute ward, which consists of a multi-disciplinary team including nurses, healthcare assistants, medics, psychology, activity co-ordinators and oc.
- Support our patients to aid their recovery in their mental health.
- Support in equipping them with the skills they need to live independently.
- The successful candidates must have completed the Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent.
- Have a maximum of 2 years to complete this.

Skills and requirements
- Care Certificate or Trainee Care Certificate must be achieved within 12 weeks of commencement in post.
- Key skills in Literacy and Numeracy level 2.
- Successful completion of Trust's full HCA Framework within 6-month probationary period.
- Previous experience as a Band 2/3 HCA or equivalent in a care environment.

- £24,937 to £26,598 a year per annum.

- The successful candidates would be expected to cover 12 hour shifts which include working nights, long days, weekends and bank holidays.
