What the role involves
- We provide individualised assessment and intensive rehabilitation to help people recover from a brain injury.
- Build relationships with patients, which are open and two way.
- Supporting patients to undertake their rehabilitation programme.
- Assisting patients with mealtimes where necessary.
- Supporting with activities of daily living and personal care when needed.
- Accurately report and/or record work activities.
Skills and requirements

- Experience working within the care sector.
- Undergo an Enhanced DBS.
- We also want to ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable facilities to participate in job applications or interviews to perform essential job functions.
