Heat Exchange Technician focuses on carry out incoming inspections of heat exchanger equipment.

What the role involves

• Carry out incoming inspections of heat exchanger equipment.
• Pressure wash and chemically clean exchanger plates.
• Carry out gasket replacement, plate inspection, and pressure testing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in workshop and Onsite environments.
• Assisting with delivery receipts and workshop logistics.
• Supporting wider workshop teams with operational duties when required.

Skills and requirements

• Mechanical background with 2–3 years’ relevant experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NDT Training (PT Pre & In-Service Inspection – PCN Level 2 preferred).
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
