This Heavy Vehicle Technician role is focused on complete long-haul or overnight driving work safely and reliably. It would suit someone who can bring dependable and self-motivated on the road to the role.
What the work leans on
Perform a full range of inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicles, trailers, and mechanical equipment. Qualified mechanic: you’re fully qualified to an advanced level (IMI Level 3 in Heavy vehicle or equivalent). You’ve got your own toolkit for standard repairs.

Technical requirements
- You hold a full manual UK driving licence, preferably an HGV licence with trailer experience for Heavy technicians.

Practical details
- £39,715 per annum. £52.10 Saturday attendance allowance applicable.
- 22.5 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays), rising with service and with the option to purchase more.

- You may be eligible for a welcome bonus of £1,500.
