Help Desk Administrator focuses on provide administrative support to contracts managers and the wider maintenance team.
What the role involves
- Provide administrative support to Contracts Managers and the wider maintenance team.
- Coordinate reactive maintenance works and help desk call-outs.
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets in line with client requirements.
- Maintain holiday and absence records to support workforce planning.
- Maintain asset registers within the CAFM system.
- Update Excel-based reports and trackers.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or help desk support role.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
- Experience within a Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Building Services environment.
- 3-month probationary period.

- Central London (Full-Time, Office Based).
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (40 hours per week).
