Help Desk Administrator focuses on provide administrative support to contracts managers and the wider maintenance team.

What the role involves

  • Provide administrative support to Contracts Managers and the wider maintenance team.
  • Coordinate reactive maintenance works and help desk call-outs.
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets in line with client requirements.
  • Maintain holiday and absence records to support workforce planning.
  • Maintain asset registers within the CAFM system.
  • Update Excel-based reports and trackers.

Skills and requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or help desk support role.
  • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
  • Experience within a Maintenance, Facilities Management, or Building Services environment.
  • 3-month probationary period.

Confirmed role details

  • Central London (Full-Time, Office Based).
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (40 hours per week).
