- Pro-Actively Monitor and Chase work Orders to completion within the required SLA.
- Administration tasks as required by the business.

- Equans is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team based in Bellshill on a permanent basis.
- This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week.
- On offer is a .40 per annum and benefits package.
- Answer calls for a growing multi contract fast paced Helpdesk.
