What the role involves

• HGV Class 1 Driver focuses on great opportunity to build overtime.
• Pre journey vehicle checks.
• Complete vehicles check sheets, reporting all damage or defects prior to leaving site.
• Uplift cages and pallets from the previous delivery.
• Complete all paperwork/delivery notes and return to the transport admin clerk.
• £19.50 Monday – Friday.

Skills and requirements

• You must have a minimum 6 months HGV C1 driving experience.
• No more than 9 penalty points, IN,DD,DR.TT codes are not accepted due to insurance clauses.
• Current UK Driving licence, Driver qualification card and CPC card.
• A good understanding of WTD rules and regulations.

Confirmed role details

• (Our client also requires several permanent HGV 1 Tampers, working a 4 on 4 off rolling pattern).
• There are several shift patterns and times to suit all drivers i.e.

Additional role context

• Average 9hr to 12hr shifts.
