HGV Class 1 Driver

HGV Class 1 Driver focuses on store deliveries and handball- 1-2 cages per run, 3-5 drops per shift.

What the role involves

• Store deliveries and handball- 1-2 cages per run, 3-5 drops per shift.
• Modern, well looked after trucks.
• A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
• Always Wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).
• Start times can vary but we are looking to start between 04.00-08.00 on days and 16.00 and 22.00 on nights for both Monday to Friday and weekends.
• Shifts can be long but in keeping with tachograph law up to 10 to 12 hours per shift on average.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant licence, warehouse, driving, stock, or operations experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• Days: £18.00 per hour Monday to Friday PAYE ONLY.
• Weekends and Bank Holidays: £22.00 per hour.
• Candidates of Pure Staff do not pay weekly Umbrella Margins and/or or Payroll Processing Fees.
