HGV Class 1 Night Driver

The HGV Class 1 Night Driver position centres on our HGV Class 1 drivers usually drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles from depots to our clients and other sites in the EVRi network. It would suit someone who can bring dependable and self-motivated on the road to the role.

We currently have exciting, flexible opportunities for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers (or Cat C+E Drivers as we sometimes call them) to join our growing Birmingham depot. We aim to think inside and outside the box, striving to be the carrier of choice for every consumer in the UK.

What you would be doing

Our HGV Class 1 drivers usually drive our longer routes in waves, ensuring the safe, efficient driving of vehicles from depots to our clients and other sites in the EVRi network. Full-time contracts are 40 hours per week with some weekends. Ensure parcels are collected and delivered safely; paperwork updated and assist depot staff with heavier items from time to time.

What you need

• Need a full UK driving licence with HGV Class 1 (Cat C E) entitlements, driver's CPC and digital tachograph.
• Newly qualified drivers are welcome, however all drivers will need to undertake a short driving assessment.
