HGV Class 2 Driver focuses on delivering building materials safely and efficiently to customer sites and ports.

What the role involves

• Delivering building materials safely and efficiently to customer sites and ports.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Ensure loads are secure and transported safely.
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Follow all driver hours, tachograph, and road transport regulations.
• Supporting the yard and transport team when required.

Skills and requirements

• However, flexibility is required as there will also be occasions where you will be expected to operate a vehicle when needed.
• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Previous multidrop or builders merchant experience preferred.

• This is a full-time, permanent position offering consistent Monday to Friday work with excellent working hours and no weekend requirements.
