What the role involves

• Optme Group is looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to support a major logistics operation at Gatwick Airport.
• Driving a Class 2 vehicle between two fixed airport sites (short distance only).
• Loading, unload and deliver goods.
• Maintaining regular contact with the warehouse management team.
• Visually inspect items for damage.
• Ensure they stay within weight limits.

Skills and requirements

• You must hold a Full UK Driving License.
• You must hold a valid CPC and Digi Card.
• Must be able to provide 5-year checkable history, in order for us to obtain your blue airside pass.
• Drug and alcohol testing will be required prior to employment.

Confirmed role details

• £18.73 per hour (plus Holiday and Pension).
• 4 on 4 off (2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off).
• 40 hours per week.
• Weekly pay (Every Friday).
