HGV Class 2 Driver

This HGV Class 2 Driver role is focused on complete and submit daily vehicle inspection sheets to the Operations Manager. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

Who the work supports

Be responsible for performing multi-drop deliveries safely, efficiently and on schedule. Choice Carpet and Flooring we are looking for an experienced Class 2 HGV Driver to support our busy warehouse helping to transport stock to our branches.

How support shows up

Complete and submit daily vehicle inspection sheets to the Operations Manager. Overseeing the loading and unloading of the HGV to ensure it is conducted correctly and safely. Reporting any accidents or incidents immediately, following company procedures.

What needs to be in place

• Maintaining full compliance with tachograph legislation and relevant safety regulations.
• Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices for transporting goods.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
