HGV Technician
Technician focuses on carrying out inspections, repairs, and mot prep (dvsa standard, of course).
What the role involves
- Carrying out inspections, repairs, and MOT prep (DVSA standard, of course).
- Getting stuck into diagnostics and sorting faults fast.
- Keeping things moving with routine servicing & maintenance on all kinds of heavy commercial vehicles.
- Completing digital job cards & inspections using tablets.
- Occasional off-site repairs and maintenance.
Skills and requirements
- Knowledge of various commercial vehicles.
- Knowledge & Confidence with diagnostic tools and garage management systems.
- Good knowledge of DVSA vehicle standards.
- You’re fully qualified and time-served fitter with experience in the industry.
Confirmed role details
- 45 hours per week Monday-Friday 10.30am-7.30pm -1 in 2 Saturdays 7am-11am.
- £51,695-£60,387 per year.
