What the role involves

• Design, or improve technical systems according to the role.
• Diagnose issues, complete checks, and keep records or handovers accurate.
• As an HGV Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of commercial vehicles to ensure they remain safe, compliant, and operational.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
• Our client is a well-established fleet maintenance provider with over 25 years of industry experience.

Confirmed role details

• HGV Technician – Night Shift.
• Pay: £22 per hour.

Candidate fit

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
• Proven knowledge and experience as an HGV or Trailer Technician.
• LGV C+E licence advantageous but not essential.

Additional role context

• Technician focuses on inspect.
• Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm – 6:00am.
• Ensuring fleet vehicles comply with all roadworthiness and safety regulations.
