Job description
The HGV Technician Motherwell position centres on carrying out MOT preparations, servicing and repairs on our fleet of HGVs. It would suit someone who can bring dependable and self-motivated on the road to the role.
Where the work sits
Our hours of cover are 06.00 - 18.00 split into 2 shifts 06.00 - 15.30 & 08.30 - 18.00. Be working with an established team on a diverse range of vehicles and trailers including MAN, Renault & Mercedes.
How the role works day to day
Carry out MOT preparations, servicing and repairs on our fleet of HGVs. Diagnose faults on vehicles. Complete long-haul or overnight driving work safely and reliably.

What needs to be in place
- A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement (desirable).
- Proven experience in an HGV Fitter/Mechanic role.
- We’ll need you to have your City & Guilds 1, 2 & 3 (or equivalent), experience in fault diagnosis and repair as well as stripping, fitting and replacing components.
