• · Diagnosing and rectifying defects to ensure vehicles remain roadworthy.
• · Servicing, maintaining, and repairing HGVs, trailers, and associated plant.
• · Mechanical fault-finding and repair work (electrical knowledge an advantage).

Technical requirements

• · NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or time-served equivalent).
• · Previous experience as an HGV Mechanic, Fleet Technician, or Plant Fitter.
• · Strong hands-on mechanical experience.

• We are now looking for an experienced Night Shift HGV Mechanic to help maintain a large, modern fleet of over 300 HGVs and plant.
• · 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern – excellent work-life balance.
• · New night shift set up properly – not constant firefighting.
