Hiab Driver focuses on we are currently looking for experienced class 2 hiab drivers to support a busy builders merchant in bristol and the surrounding areas on an ad-hoc, flexible basis.

What the role involves

• We are currently looking for experienced class 2 HIAB Drivers to support a busy builders merchant in Bristol and the surrounding areas on an ad-hoc, flexible basis.
• Safely operate a HIAB-equipped vehicle to deliver building materials to residential and commercial sites.
• Unload goods using the HIAB crane in line with health & safety regulations.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks.
• Provide excellent customer service on delivery.
• Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed accurately.

Skills and requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 (Category C or C+E) licence.
• Valid HIAB certification with relevant attachments.
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a builders merchant environment.
