Who the work supports

Contribute to lesson planning, assessment, and pupil progress tracking. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Learning support involved

Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Leading small-group interventions across core curriculum subjects. Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL.
