High Levelled Teaching Assistant

This High Levelled Teaching Assistant role is focused on delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. It would suit someone who can bring promote positive behaviour and create an engaging learning environment to the role.

Who the work supports

Contribute to lesson planning, assessment, and pupil progress tracking. As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Learning support involved

Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. Leading small-group interventions across core curriculum subjects. Provide targeted support for pupils with additional needs, including SEN and EAL.
