The Higher Clerical Officer position centres on providing a full administrative support service to the team and associated professionals/departments. It would suit someone who can bring this role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities and a high standard of administrative competence to the role.
Why this role may suit you
Potential extension to 3–6 months for the right candidate. OR NVQ Level II in Business & Administration (or equivalent) AND 1 year’s administrative/clerical experience.
What you would be doing
Provide a full administrative support service to the team and associated professionals/departments. Supporting the effective organisation of the office through routine administrative duties, including:. Managing incoming mail and correspondence, directing appropriately or drafting routine correspondence for signature.

What you need
- Develop and maintain skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
- Previous admin experience is essential for this fast paced role.
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) including English Language (or equivalent or higher qualification) AND.
Practical information
- Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
- Immediate start – 1 month initially.
