Higher Learning Teaching Assistant
Higher Learning Teaching Assistant focuses on support pupils across eyfs, ks1 and ks2, working one-to-one, in small groups and, where needed, leading whole-class learning when the teacher is absent.

Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

- Support assessment and adapt learning to meet individual needs, especially for children who benefit from a bit of extra encouragement or structure.
- Paid per day, with weekly pay.
- £50 PAYE referral bonus when you recommend a friend.
- HLTA status or solid experience working at HLTA level.
