The Teaching Assistant position centres on hays Education works closely with many schools across South Birmingham & Solihull, providing teaching assistant support on a day-to-day and long-term basis. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

What you would be doing

Hays Education works closely with many schools across South Birmingham & Solihull, providing teaching assistant support on a day-to-day and long-term basis. supporting learners and helping maintain a positive learning environment. Able to support learners with patience and structure.

What you need

• Ideally, you will have a Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification and strong SEND leadership experience.
• You must be flexible and should you be successful in securing a Higher Level Teaching Assistant job, you will bemitted to supporting the child for the length of time required.
• You must have experience within a childcare environment, including schools and nurseries.

Practical information

• I am currently seeking HLTA’s with strong SEND leadership experience on a temporary basis.
• Ideally, you will be available full-time.
