Higher Level Teaching Assistant KS1 &KS2 focuses on provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with semh needs.
What the role involves
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
- Assisting in developing and delivering personalised support plans and interventions.
- Supporting students during lessons, transitions, and throughout the school day.
- Regular training in SEMH, trauma-informed practice, and behaviour support.
Skills and requirements
- Experience working with primary aged children who have SEMH needs or behavioural challenges.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update service What the School Can Offer.
Confirmed role details
- This long-term role will run for the rest of the academic year, with potential for a permanent role.
- Long-term stability with a full academic year contract.
- Competitive daily pay between £95 – £115 per day, dependent on experience. INDMAN.
- This is a temporary position, unless stated otherwise.
