Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). The Orchard is an independent, DfE registered co-educational day school, providing specialist education for up to 20 students, aged 11 – 18 years.

Requirements
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
Job details
- A teaching assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
- This check will be part of a safeguarding check, and the search will purely be based on whether an individual is suitable to work with children.
- Ensure students make progress in formal learning situations as well as in self-help skills, life skills and social understanding.
- Ability to work flexibly in relation to tasks undertaken.
