• Delivering engaging and differentiated learning activities under the guidance of the teaching team.
• Leading small group sessions and whole-class teaching when required.
• Supporting children's emotional regulation and promote positive behaviour.
• Work one-to-one or with small groups to reinforce learning.
• Record progress, contributing to reviews and planning.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

• We are currently seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary provision in Robertsbridge, supporting children aged 5 to 11 with a range of complex needs.
• Care Plans (EHCPs) and primarily present with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) or associated traits.
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
