Job description

This Teaching Assistant opportunity is built around supporting whole-class, small group, and 1:1 learning. It would suit someone who can bring are confident leading lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 to the role.

Role overview

As a HLTA, you will work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leaders to support teaching and learning across the school. Have opportunities to lead lessons, support interventions, and provide high-quality support to pupils, including those with additional needs.

Main responsibilities

Supporting whole-class, small group, and 1:1 learning. Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills. If you’re ready to step up, support learning, and inspire pupils, we’d love to hear from you.

What helps someone succeed

Are confident leading lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2. Patient, consistent, and calm in a learner-focused classroom setting.

Requirements

  • Relevant SEN, teaching, or learner-support experience.
