Job description
The Highways Maintenance Operative Apprentice position in Central London centres on working in conjunction with site team to ensure that all tools and equipment are looked after, stored safely and securely and that any defects are reported to your manager. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

What you would be doing
Working with the site team to deliver works required efficiently and to a safe standard. Working in conjunction with site team to ensure that all tools and equipment are looked after, stored safely and securely and that any defects are reported to your manager. Working as part of a team Onsite as required and take instructions from site management.

What you need
- As a Highways Maintenance Operative Apprentice, you will ideally have a grade 4 and above in both Maths and English GCSE.
- Good communication and the ability to follow instructions is also required for this role.
- As part of the Transport for London team, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of construction and highways maintenance activities.
