- ·Interpreting drawings, checking for inaccuracies and liaising with clients where required.
- ·Supporting estimating teams with quotations when needed.
- ·Attending weekly management coordination meetings.
Confirmed role details
- ·Preparing pre-construction information in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
- ·Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- ·£40,000 - £45,000 per annum (salary dependent on experience).
- ·Profit-related bonus.
Candidate fit
- Take ownership of site coordination, programme delivery, health & safety compliance and team leadership.
- Your responsibilities as a Highways Site Manager will include.
- ·Coordinating labour, plant and materials to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.
Additional role context
- ·35 days holiday including bank holidays (7 days allocated to Christmas shutdown).
