• With over 75 years of experience delivering highway schemes in the region, they have built a strong reputation for collaborative working, quality delivery and sustainable infrastru.
• ·Interpreting drawings, checking for inaccuracies and liaising with clients where required.
• ·Supporting estimating teams with quotations when needed.
• ·Attending weekly management coordination meetings.

Confirmed role details

• ·Preparing pre-construction information in line with CDM 2015 regulations.
• ·Producing Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• ·£40,000 - £45,000 per annum (salary dependent on experience).
• ·Profit-related bonus.

Candidate fit

• Take ownership of site coordination, programme delivery, health & safety compliance and team leadership.
• Your responsibilities as a Highways Site Manager will include.
• ·Coordinating labour, plant and materials to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

Additional role context

• ·35 days holiday including bank holidays (7 days allocated to Christmas shutdown).
