Hire Controller focuses on organise transport and deliveries/pick ups to/from customer sites.

What the role involves

• Organise transport and deliveries/pick ups to/from customer sites.
• Advise on which product best suits their requirements.
• Deal with customer enquiries both face to face and over the telephone.
• Any associated admin tasks including processing on/off hires.

Candidate fit

• A good working knowledge of the Hire Industry.
• Experience of dealing with customers in a busy environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Good level of IT literacy.
