• You should have strong knowledge of historic building conservation, maintenance and experience of securing grant funding and developing funding applications is required.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required for this role.

• The portfolio consists of a variety of buildings, many of which are listed and of significant architectural and historic importance.
• The postholder will work closely with internal teams,munity stakeholders and national heritage bodies to safeguard and enhance these important assets.
• Assessing building condition through site visits and reports, and developing statements of significance and action plans.
