Learning support involved

Delivering comprehensive History lessons that inspire and motivate students. Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the national curriculum and examination specifications. Monitoring student progress through marking work, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate records.

Education skills and requirements

• A recognised teaching qualification suitable for secondary education (such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education or equivalent).
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred but not mandatory for all roles.
• A degree in History or a closely related subject.

Job details

• Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time.
• In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
• Pay: £180 - £250 per day.
• Additional detail: Holiday allowance.
