Holiday Club Play Leader
Holiday Club Play Leader focuses on managing and motivate your team, to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standard.
What the role involves
- Managing and motivate your team, to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standard.
- Liaise with parents/carers, staffing team and the Directors on a regular basis.
- Ensure sessions delivered are challenging, realistic & fun for primary-aged children.
- Create a positive learning environment for the children in our care.
- Delivering the coaching programme to a high standard consistently.
- Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & Educational.
Skills and requirements
- Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged children.
- Has experience working at children’s holiday camps and/or a childcare setting.
- Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and general practice.
- Able to interact well with staff, parents/carers and children.
Candidate fit
- Let's Play are an Ofsted registered childcare provider, delivering holiday camps to children aged 5-12.
- We are currently based in the South East of England & The Midlands and are in the process of an exciting expansion.
