• Refreshments service: offer refreshments to visitors and residents, contributing to a hospitable and comfortable environment.
• Working for an established care provider like Ashmere, you start your journey with us by attending our monthly new starter company induction with all new joiners from all of our ho.
• We will kit you out with uniform, pay for your DBS check.
• Provide you with regular training and maybe even spoil you with cake from time to time!
• Discretionary Attendance Bonus.
