Confirmed role details

• Part-time – 16 hours per week contracted, every other weekend working is required to support the needs of our residents.
• Anchor is looking for a compassionate and dedicated On-Site Home Care Assistant to join our team at Deham Garden Village in Uxbridge (UB9 5LB).
• As a Home Care Assistant, you will support our residents in maintaining their independence and dignity within their own homes on-site at Deham Garden Village.
• Your day-to-day duties may include personal care, medication assistance, meal preparation, and companionship.
