Home Improvement Agency Caseworker WCC focuses on joining the hia team, you’ll work alongside surveyors, handypersons and service support officers.

What the role involves

  • Joining the HIA team, you’ll work alongside surveyors, handypersons and service support officers.
  • Support the resolution of issues and inform decision making.
  • With ongoing learning opportunities, you’ll build a varied skillset as well as expertise across a breadth of mandatory and discretionary grants.
  • We’re looking for you to be able to build trusted relationships, liaising between vulnerable individuals and service providers.

Skills and requirements

  • Enhanced DBS Check.
  • Preferably you’ll have experience of customer-facing casework management in Housing, Social Services, Health & Social Care, or a related field.
