• Have previous experience of caring for those people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health.
• Have previous management experience and hold an NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or at least be working towards this.

Confirmed role details

• Now I can't promise you flowers or chocolates, though they may be forthcoming in time, but you will be handsomely rewarded with a salary of up to £40,000, depending on experience.
• This comes with a robust induction, continuing professional development and 6 weeks paid holiday, plus the opportunity to earn up to an extra 5 days.
