• The Clinical Director will oversee resource utilization, fiscal management, and compliance with statutory, governance, and accreditation frameworks.
• Leading strategic development and business planning aligned with BHB’s goals and community needs.
• Develop business cases for service changes and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Manage fiscal and human resource plans, reflecting the Maternal Child Directorate’s short, medium, and long-term needs.
• Ensure the production of quality compliance data for the Board, analyzing and interpreting trends.

Skills and requirements

• This position demands 24/7 accountability and may cover multiple directorates as required.
• Qualifications and Experience: ~ Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• ~ Master’s Degree from an accredited institution approved by the Bermuda Nursing Council.
• ~7 to 10 years of progressive management experience within a Maternal child setting.

Confirmed role details

• Package Starting Salary: $173,293.13 with a low tax rate Subsidised housing for the first 3 months, with travel and relocation allowance, plus an attractive benefits package.
