The Hospital Pharmacist position centres on leading OPM pharmacy input and supporting frailty pathways. It would suit someone who can bring working closely with MDT colleagues to enhance patient outcomes to the role.

Where the work sits

Promoting safe, effective, cost‑efficient prescribing. One of my NHS clients is looking for a Highly Specialist Respiratory Pharmacist (Band 7) to join their team and play a key role in shaping their respiratory pharmacy service.

How the role works day to day

Leading OPM pharmacy input and supporting frailty pathways. Contributing to service development across primary & secondary care. Delivering advanced medicines optimisation and clinical support.

Working closely with MDT colleagues to enhance patient outcomes.

Practical details

  • Pay: £30–£31 per hour.

What needs to be in place

  • Pharmacist #Band7.
  • Clinical Pharmacy qualification (or working towards it).
