Hospitality & Catering Events Assistant Top Law firm (Maternity Cover Mon – Fri)

• High profile Fine Dining, canape/drink receptions (experience is required) 
• Greeting guests in a professional and enthusiastic manner
• Setting up meeting rooms, tea and coffee stations in a timely manner 
• Ensuring hospitality rooms are left clean and tidy
• Serving large buffet dinners/lunches
• Working on functions, high profile evening events 

• Fine dining and meeting rooms catering service experience in a fast pace environment is essential
• Friendly, outgoing personality, a people person
• Availability for overtime as required by the business 
• Great work ethic and an even greater smile
• Good listening & verbal communication skills
• Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding service
• You thrive working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment
• Good memory and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must, especially in the Hospitality food service industry
• Good knowledge of food safety
