• · Ensure the housekeeping function is effective, efficient, and maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility.
• · Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
• · Strong understanding of the needs and interests of older people and the ability to develop.
• Deliver a range of activities that are engaging, fun, and promote health and wellness.
• · Strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively whilst still delivering high-quality service.

Confirmed role details

• The successful Hospitality Manager will receive an excellent salary of £35,000 per annum.
• This exciting position is a permanent Full Time role working 40 hours a week from 9am-5pm.
