Job description
The Hotel General Manager position with The Pheasant Hotel centres on we are now looking for an operationally focused GM to lead the team into the 2026 season and beyond. It would suit someone who can bring driving recruitment, team development, engagement and communication to the role.

What you would be doing
We are now looking for an operationally focused GM to lead the team into the 2026 season and beyond. Develop sales and deliver on financial targets. A GM that can maintain high operational standards whilst delivering great guest experiences by motivating the team and also driving sales to improve on a great performance last yea.
The working style that fits
Driving recruitment, team development, engagement and communication. Strong leadership and operational judgement.
What you need
- Financial understanding, experience working with P&Ls, sales and labour budgeting.
- Experience in leading from the front.
