What the role involves

• Preparing the housekeeping of all resort public areas to Forbes 5* standard.
• Assisting with washing and ironing of guest laundry to Forbes standard.
• Communicate with guests during their stay so their expectations are exceeded.
• Assisting with Turndown service to a +1 standard.
• Reporting any faults, breakages, or sub-standard quality in rooms to head housekeeper.
• Assisting with guest housekeeping requests – Offering GSOI. Genuine sense of Interest.
