What the role involves

• Be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of guest and public areas, to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• Also have an understanding of all hotel services, taking note of any guests requests and requirements, and help to deliver these.
• Carry out the setup of rooms pre-arrival to ensure guests feel instantly relaxed.
• Also assist with the turndown and night service for occupied rooms and suites.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
