How the role is set up
Take Kate, an absolute wizard at managing housing asset data for our annual £50m capital programme. Today, we depend on Kate’s analytical powers to keep track of the condition of over 21,000 of our tenanted and leasehold homes – from roofs and windows to kitchens and bathrooms.

What is expected
- The Directorate delivers essential services to residents across the City, managing a diverse portfolio of over 21,000 homes.
- Have a recognised formal practitioner qualification in management portfolios, programmes, project management (MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, certified change management or equivalent).
- We’re seeking someone that has significant experience of initiating and leading major programmes, managing project teams to deliver them, within a large, complex organisation.
