Housing Management Worker focuses on customer group - over 55.

What the role involves

• Customer group - over 55.
• Supporting your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
• Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.
• To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant or void rooms.
• Properties within set timescales. This will involve picking up a broom or paint brush!
• Record the routine safety and compliance checks in our buildings and communities making sure we’re compliant.

Confirmed role details

• Permanent Full Time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday.
• Earn £13.45 per hour (£26,300 per annum) [pro rata] and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
