What the role involves
- Managing a caseload of approximately 200-250 Service Users.
- Support Service Users settling into accommodation.
- Carry out regular welfare checks and property visits.
- Signpost individuals to relevant services such as healthcare and local support agencies.
- Manage incidents, safeguarding concerns, and absconding cases.
- Ensure timely move-on in line with contractual requirements.
Skills and requirements
- 6-month probationary period.
- Employer pension contributions (4% employer, 4% employee).

- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
